Damn it, I've got a terrible sore throat. It's so bad that it seems that my throat is paved with fire. *groan*
But let's not allow this stupid sore throat to distract from the main topic. Today, I shall talk about the ridiculous rules that some people set up in their blogs.
Of all the stupid rules that people set up, by far the most popular is this one:"Spammers are not allowed!" It never fails to crack me up. Why do these people warn so-called "spammers" away from their blog when they don't even know what the heck the real meaning of "spammer" is? The real meaning of "spam" is so: Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.( Taken from Wikipedia). The funniest point about this "rule" is that most people think tags which criticise their blog or themselves are called "spamming". Like, oh my! And if there were REAL spammers, such a silly warming won't deter them from further spamming. Mind you, all idiots out there, that real spammers are hardened criminals who are out to destroy your computer, not someone who criticises you!
Another rule that sends me rolling on the floor with laughter is " Hate me then leave love me then stay" or some other s*** of that sort. OK, dorkuses, you can't control what people think or what they want to do. Whether people hate you or like you, they won't heed that stupid "hate leave and love stay" rubbish of yours. They're either here to admire your superb writing skills or to laugh their heads off at a rotten display of literature. So the conclusion is: Nobody abides with silly rules like that. If you don't wanna people to hate your blog, then just brush up on your writing skills.
" Must leave tag for me oh!" This is also quite common. What's really strange about it, though is that the very people who ask people to tag them get all furious when somebody leaves them a nasty tag. Hey jerks, it was YOU yourself who requested people to tag you. But when someone kindly gives you a tag , you're like:" Stupid bitch wanna spam me!" or " Who do you think you are to criticise me?" And no, darling you can't ask people to leave you nice tags only. This is called "freedom of speech". Either you ask people to tag you and accept all tags, nice or nasty or remove your tagboard altogether if you have such a fragile self-esteem. Even if you can't stand somebody who continuously leaves nasty tags, engage in an intellectual (I stress intellectual) argument with him or her. Don't just keep on calling the tagger " stupid kaypoh" or whatever. Use your brains to defeat them, people!
Now for this one :"This is my blog and I can write anything I want. It is not your right to comment." Oh, yeah? But I thought you were bugging people to leave you tags at every time? Ok, you say it's freedom of speech. If so, then taggers and commenters also have freedom of speech. Hence, I advise you all to use your brains and figure out a little logic! By the way, don't go whining to your mama or whatever if you 1.Put the abovementioned sentence "this is my blog..."in your blog
2.seen someone criticising you in their blogs.
Because, YOU said it was freedom of speech!
The last one is as ridiculous as the rest:" Dare to flame, dare to leave your name!" To whoever who first thought of this sentence, pause and think for a minute: Can you swear that you've used your real name every time you've left a comment on another blog, whether that blog belongs to a person you like or hate? I believe that there are very few people who can answer truthfully "Yes." There you have it! We have a whole loadof rubbishy hypocrites urging people to leave their real names when they themselves don't use their real names every time.
