The final exams are now ALMOST (note the word ALMOST) over. Finally! Three dratted papers (of which one will not require revising)---namely History, Malay 1 and English 1 left to cram for. Not that I have much interest for History and Malay. In my opinion, if they want us to learn History they could at least give us world history. It's much, much more interesting then anything Malaysian history has to offer!
Now for a review of this week's exams.
Chinese? Something terrible. Paper 1 was quite OK in spite of the fact that I did last-minute cramming. But Paper 2.....oh, blasted Paper 2!My calligraphy was wobbly (as always). Summary was OK but I think I could have left out some important facts. As for writing a short essay based on a picture, I spent too much time on it! It always happens that way. I get carried away when writing that and as a consequence...disaster for the last, longest essay that offers the most marks! The topics given were sooo hard-to-write and challenging. When I finally picked a topic and started writing, I found out that I didn't have much to offer in the way of real information at all! Oh, woe is me, indeed!
Sivik was quite easy. A real laugh, in fact. But there were some questions which I couldn't fathom their meaning. The wording was rather strange. Well, never mind. I never expected anything beyond average marks for my Sivik, anyway.
*weeping* Maths time. I have only one thing to say about Maths: It's the most hateful subject I've ever encountered in my entire life! Paper 1 was managable except for some linear equation sums which gave me a headache while Paper 2 was one of the most puzzling papers I've ever seen. As usual, I didn't have enough time to finish both the papers. I'll be happy if I can scrape through!
Science, my saviour! I could answer practically everything with perfect ease. But things never come in a perfect package: I answered a question regarding the support system of caterpillars as "hydrostactic pressure"! How remarkably unlucky I am.....
K.H. was surprisingly easy. Well, at least not as hard as I feared. Thanks to revising until 2 o' clock the previous night, the going was smooth for me. I do have a complaint about Pn. Muniroh's setting of questions though. She never picks relevant information, she just glances through and picks whatever catches her fancy for her questions! As a result, we have a set of unbalanced questions to puzzle us!Thanks so much, Pn. Muniroh!
For Geography, last-minute revision applies to me. In fact, I revised the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th chapters in school. In school. I can only thank the good God for letting Pn. Assothaa set not-so-challenging questions.
And for everyone's utmost favourite...Seni! For your information, the Fashion Disaster came to invigilate us. Oh well, her manners aren't so bad as her dressing sense. She's quite nice, actually. While we were halfway through painting, Miss-Freaky-smile-like-Mona-Lisa-but only-uglier came in to see how her "darling, good students" were faring. It's a good thing she didn't stay long or I would have burst into giggles.
Nothing more here. Bye!
